  • Cancellations made between 15 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request.
