Upon your arrival at the Railway Station / Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and drive you to Kohima. While en route, you can enjoy your breakfast. Once in Kohima, you'll have the opportunity to explore some of the city's prominent tourist attractions, including a visit to the Kohima War Cemetery. Following this, a visit to the Kisama Heritage Village awaits, where the famous Hornbill Festival is celebrated annually. Here, you'll have the chance to explore traditional houses representing all 17 tribes of Nagaland.

After a day of exploration, you'll check in at a homestay in Jakhama to settle in and unwind. Take the time to explore the village and its picturesque terrace paddy fields, which are a sight to behold. Following a delicious lunch, you can relax and prepare for an engaging evening. You'll have the opportunity to engage in delightful conversations with the homestay owner, gaining insights into the culture and traditions of Nagaland, while sharing your own travel stories with fellow adventurers. The day concludes with a hearty dinner and a well-deserved rest for the night.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, prepare your belongings, including tents and sleeping bags, for the next part of your adventure. Proceed to the Dzukou trek point via Viswema, where the real picturesque valley experience begins. Upon reaching the first base, where the captivating valley unfolds, take a well-deserved break and enjoy your packed lunch before resuming your trek. The journey from this point to your campsite or dormitory will take approximately 3-4 hours.

Upon reaching the campsite, set up your tents. The weather can be quite chilly, but your guide will be on hand to prepare a warm and delicious dinner. You can even join the guide in the kitchen and engage in storytelling or fun conversations while warming up by the fireplace. After dinner, settle in for the night, and if the sky is clear, you might have the opportunity for some stargazing, creating a perfect moment, especially for astrophotography enthusiasts.

After savoring a hearty breakfast, prepare a small backpack with snacks and water as you embark on a journey to the heart of the valley. Cross the river and ascend to the summit, where you can relax while gazing at the undulating hills of the valley.

Returning to your campsite, bid a fond farewell to this enchanting valley, promising to return in the future. Begin your descent through Jakhama and eventually reach the homestay. Enjoy a satisfying lunch before embarking on a drive to Dimapur, where your memorable trip comes to a close, leaving you with a treasure trove of cherished memories.
