Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Guwahati Arrival – Transfer to Kaziranga
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, begin your scenic drive to Kaziranga National Park, located approximately 4–5 hours away. The journey takes you through picturesque Assamese countryside dotted with lush paddy fields and tea gardens.
On arrival, check in to your wildlife resort and relax amidst the tranquil surroundings. In the evening, you may explore nearby tea estates or enjoy a cultural program (subject to availability). Overnight stay near Kaziranga.
Day 2 - Kaziranga National Park Safari Experience
Begin your day early with a jeep safari inside Kaziranga National Park. The park is home to the largest population of the endangered one-horned rhinoceros and offers excellent opportunities to spot wild elephants, swamp deer, hog deer, and wild water buffalo. Bird enthusiasts may also witness a variety of migratory and resident bird species.
Return to the resort for breakfast and leisure time. In the afternoon, you may opt for an additional jeep safari in a different range or an elephant safari for a closer wildlife encounter (subject to availability). Spend the evening relaxing at the resort surrounded by nature. Overnight stay near Kaziranga.
Day 3 - Kaziranga – Guwahati Departure
After breakfast, check out from the resort and begin your drive back to Guwahati. Depending on your departure schedule, you will be transferred to the airport or railway station for your onward journey, concluding your memorable Kaziranga wildlife safari tour.
